Delvaux Brillant in MM Size 1960 Collector Piece
This 1960 Delvaux Brillant is the first Brillant mentioned in the history of Delvaux. It was part of Delvaux's (precious stones) collection of Autumn 1960 and can also be found in GM size in the Delvaux museum. Created by Paule Goethals, this version of the Brillant is very rare in the market, even in Belgium.

Given its significant age, it is in overall good condition. It has enjoyed maintenance and spa at Delvaux and comes fully authenticated. This is a rare collective piece.
Condition
Overall in good condition. Small crack on left top corner and two colour stains at the bottom inside of the bag, one that is bigger, but not visible to the outside eye. Exterior Condition: Overall in good condition, minor scratches on the flap and bottom left of the bag. Leather deformed with age on right hand side. Handle as usual with the Brillant with age, leaning forward to the front and showing signs of usage. Colour on front strap faded a bit.
Remarks
Comes with dustbag, vanity mirror and Delvaux authentication letter. Recently went to the Delvaux spa at the flagshipstore - here the buckle and the d-griffe were replaced. Brown square vanity mirror was added in line with the original style but lighter colour.
Maintenance Recommendation
When the bag is not being used, we recommend to place the stuffing paper to maintain the best shape of the bag and keep it within its dustbag.
